It must be mounted on an aluminum heat sink, and the application of thermal paste is recommended. The maximum ambient temperature is 40°C. Compared with the conventional 6V1W strips, it has a higher power density, a higher thermal load, more complex driving requirements, and is 20% brighter. Common failures include LED darkening, solder joint cracking, and driver compatibility issues. When testing, the continuity of the LED chain needs to be verified, etc. When replacing, both the mechanical and electrical specifications must be matched. Acceptable alternatives include JS-D-JP5020-B51EC, etc. Lead-free solder should be used for soldering, and contamination should be avoided. The product complies with the IEC 62471 photobiological safety standard and the RoHS 3 standard, and the UL recognition is pending.
